How to create a Ticket:
- Log in with your email and password. If you don’t remember, click on: Forgot your password?
- Click the +New Ticket button
- Enter the Subject of the request and the Description. You can include a photo if necessary.
- Select the Category of your request.
- Check the option: I am not a robot and click the Submit button.
- Done! You will receive notifications by email and the link to follow the process.
