How to create a Ticket:

  1.  Log in with your email and password. If you don’t remember, click on: Forgot your password?
  2.  Click the +New Ticket button
  3.  Enter the Subject of the request and the Description. You can include a photo if necessary.
  4.  Select the Category of your request.
  5.  Check the option: I am not a robot and click the Submit button.
  6.  Done! You will receive notifications by email and the link to follow the process.
